Its extra depth baking compartment has a porcelainized / stainless steel liner and accepts (5) 18 inch x 26 inch standard full-size baking pans in left-to-right or front-to-back positions. This oven is constructed with stainless steel front, top and sides. Its doors are made of dual pane thermal glass windows and a powder-coated handle. The air in the baking chamber is distributed by a single inlet blower wheel powered by a 2-speed, 3/4 HP motor with thermal overload protection. The chamber is fitted with (2) halogen lamps and (5) chrome-plated removable racks. The oven's control panel features a Cook / Cool Down mode selector, a solid state (manual) infinite thermostat (200F- 500F), and a 60-minute timer.
