Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the unused item in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories, to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in sellable condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
